Parts and accessories Shipping Info

YVC Ship Parts, Accessories, Soft good’s and Bikes Australia wide. We offer free shipping on some products and some special offers on shipping will apply where marked “free shipping”. Free shipping also applies to any parts, accessories or soft good’s additional to any bike purchase. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all shipping and estimate delivery time to take between 1 and 8 days depending on location (small parts are usually less than 5 business days).


Bikes Shipping Info:
To make this as easy as possible, YVC have created competitive shipping values based on your location (State by State) and bike size, a Small Bike, and a Big bike (Small=BMX, Big = MTB). Once a purchase order and payment is made for a Bike, this bike is officially yours. You will be offered Shipping during the Checkout Process, should you purchase this shipping you are agreeing to have your bike sent to you and agree to letting YVC package the bike into a box to be shipped (Pedals, Bars and Front Wheel will be removed from the bike and you will be required to fit these to the bike once received). YVC will retain tracking information and some insurance will be offered. Customers, be advised that by purchasing shipping through YVC you are employing YVC to pack the bike that you now own, and are giving permission for YVC to remove parts (All of which will of course be shipped) and add packaging. YVC will take take as many precautions needed to ensure the purchase arrives to your door as it left and will follow up any enquiry should something not arrive. YVC or YVC's Suppliers will not however take responsibility for damage to your product, but we will assure you that it left our store in the state it was intended. (99% of the time Shipping companies are great, but under some circumstances who knows what happens). Shipping is regarded a separate transaction from the bike purchase, it is your choice to add shipping.
Some brands do not allow shipping of bikes, please call or email YVC if you need more information regarding this.

Returns:
Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. Should you purchase a product and it’s not the product you wanted, is the wrong size or is not as expected, YVC will offer a credit or exchange, less the cost of shipping, for the full purchase price of the product.
Conditions of Refund:
To obtain a refund, exchange or credit, you must notify YVC of your intentions by phone or email within 14 days of the purchase date. It is your responsibility to return the product to YVC within 7 days of this notification, all packaging must be in tack and free from damage. If you require a replacement product, any shipping expenses are at the expense of the purchaser and can be purchased online or over the phone...
If the Product is not fit for use, different to the product you purchased or are damaged when you receive it, YVC will offer you a replacement or refund...The above conditions apply. Refunds are paid in the same means they were purchased.
Should a price be mistakenly listed incorrectly, YVC will not honour this price unless reasonable...

Privacy Policy:
YVC is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Layby:
YVC offer a 3 month layby on any product in store, we require a 15% Deposit of the Original RRP price of any item, of which the remaining amount will be due in 90 days. To Layby a product online, simply place a purchase order for the product in our online store, we will then call you the next business day and work out the deposit via credit card, Direct deposit, Paypal or Payway.
Please note: Once a Purchase order is placed for any item, it is  offically assigned to you...YVC does not cancel Purchase Orderscancelled Layby's wil incur a cancellation Fee...please choose carefully.

Online Credit Card Processing:
YVC has recently adopted the “Payway” as our preferred payment gateway, this is a secure payment gateway provided by Westpac Banking Corporation. Payway offers customers a secure online credit card payment option, this way you don’t have to leave the room, woohoo...) The Westpac Payway gateway complies with all payment, credit card and data security standards, and uses 128 Bit SSL level encryption to protect any card holders information. Online Purchasing and payment is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, meaning that you can make purchases in your own time.
Any information gathered will only be used for the use of your order or future correspondence regarding YVC information or newsletters. Your login information will be gathered, so you can simply login quickly and easily every time you wish to purchase.

Certegy EziPay (Interest Free Finance)
Yarra Valley Cycles also offer up to $3000 finance on any new Bike through Certegy Ezi Pay. A 25% deposit is required upfront, and the duration of the payments can be either 6 or 12 months (paid fortnightly), please call Yarra Valley Cycles for details on Ezi Pay.
